In short
In the 2026 registration exercise (for P1 in 2027), Chongfu School had more Phase 2C applicants than places — 285 for every 100 places — so it held a ballot. The ballot reached Singapore Citizens living within 1 km (SC<1): groups ahead of them all got places; groups after them got none.
This is a past result. It does not tell you your child's chance in a later year — that depends on your own group (citizenship and distance) and on that year's demand and rules.
