What we collect

• Tool form inputs (citizenship, school type, target year, postal code or location, priorities): used to build your report and not stored. Your postal code is sent to OneMap (Singapore Land Authority) to find its coordinates; if you use "GPS", your browser shares your location only for this. Your report link contains these inputs, so share it only with people you trust. On Explore, your last home point is kept only in your browser (rounded to about 100 m) so you can reuse it; tap Forget to delete it.
• Email address (only if you join the P1 updates waitlist): we store your email, the date you joined, the page language and the version of the wording you agreed to. No emails are sent yet. When updates start we will email you, and every email will include an unsubscribe link. To leave the waitlist now, email us and we delete the record.
• Website analytics via Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and actions on the site such as starting the tool, viewing a report or completing a purchase. GA4 sets first-party cookies (_ga) to recognise repeat visits and does not log or store IP addresses. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Your tool answers (citizenship, postal code, location) are never sent to analytics. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies.
• Payment data (only if you buy a paid product; currently paused): handled by Stripe. We see your email and Stripe customer ID, never your card details.
• Contact form: your name, email and message are stored on our server and sent to our team's Slack workspace so we can reply.
• Weather Intelligence: the group runs on Telegram under Telegram's privacy policy. We see aggregate member and join counts, not your phone number or messages.
• Server records: we count page events (for example, "a report was viewed") without IP addresses or personal details. Our host (Fly.io) keeps short-lived technical logs.
• Explore map: your home point and preferences are sent to our server only to work out your chances, and are not stored. Map tiles load from OpenFreeMap (and OneMap if needed); like any web service they see your IP address and the map area shown, not your answers.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use advertising pixels (such as Facebook Pixel or TikTok Pixel) and we don't share analytics data with advertisers.
• We don't share data with schools or MOE.

Your rights (PDPA — Singapore)

• Request a copy of your data: email [email protected].
• Delete your data: email same address.
• Withdraw email consent: unsubscribe link in any email.

Retention

• Form inputs: not retained after the response is generated.
• P1 updates waitlist: kept until updates launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Purchase records: retained 5 years for accounting (SG IRAS).
• Contact messages: kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years.
