Privacy

What we collect

• Tool form inputs (citizenship, gender, target year, postal code, phase priorities): processed in-memory to compute your admission chances. Not stored unless you opt in to email capture.
• Email address (only if you opt in): stored to send your report PDF and (max-monthly) updates. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
• Anonymous analytics via Plausible: page URL, referrer, country. No cookies. No fingerprinting.
• Payment data (only if you purchase): handled by Stripe. We see your email and Stripe customer ID — never your card details.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party trackers.
• We don't share data with schools or MOE.

Your rights (PDPA — Singapore)

• Request a copy of your data: email privacy@nueava.com.
• Delete your data: email same address.
• Withdraw email consent: unsubscribe link in any email.

Retention

• Form inputs: not retained after the response is generated.
• Email signups: retained until you unsubscribe + 30 days for backup hygiene.
• Purchase records: retained 5 years for accounting (SG IRAS).
